David Muir is an American journalist and anchor who is best known for his ABC newscast World News Tonight with David Muir in addition to his role in the ABC News magazine 20/20 for where he acts as a co-anchor. The show is animated and features the dramatic clips of celebrities' gossip, his show has become America's most-watched newscast. The anchor is also famous for his Emmy-nominated program Made In America. He was the main anchor in the interim of the show's predecessor Diane Sawyer before taking over ABC World News Tonight. His primetime reports to ABC News include Breaking Point: Heroin in America, Flashpoint Refugees and America.
